Stakes bought in past seasons (if we are lucky enough to make it to a second four-month season!) should probably depreciate in some way.
This will all become complicated but if we can have the software just calculate it all, it's easy. We also have to take into consideration the fact that this will be a hassle if there are too many decisions to weigh in on; remember, this place is supposed to be an outlet and support for our creative practices, which we are already busy with.
And this is sounding a bit similar to the concept of DEMOCRACY, which is certainly a struggling concept lately. (or maybe it's more a PLUTOCRACY we are defining here, even worse) -
